​The Craniosacral* System includes:

The brain, the cerebrospinal fluid, the system of membranes inside the cranium, all 22 cranial bones, the spine and the sacrum. Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. By complementing the body’s natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction, including:

Miasm Release Therapy is an advanced form of Craniosacral Therapy in which my intentions are to facilitate the release of low vibrational energies that are holding you back in your life. The definition of miasm itself is “a cloud or fog in the being.” In this session, I am an open channel to assist in this release through my own physical and energetic body. With this added benefit and focused intention you will find you are able to move past deeply ingrained patterns, traumas, fears, and long held belief systems about yourself and the world.

SHAMANIC CLEARING RITUAL

Utilizing traditional shamanic tools such as sage and palo santo along with intention and vibration, I will clear your energy field of heavy energy and assist you in the setting of intentions and boundaries. There will be time to discuss what areas of your life you desire to shift and we will create a beautiful booklet for you to carry your intentions home with you. With this sacred ritual, you are given the gift of a fresh energetic start and powerful new boundaries.

​NEW MOON, NEW YOU

This 30-31 day distance session begins and ends on the new moon. Utilizing the power of the moon cycle, I will assist you in setting intentions, clearing old patterns and blocks, and integrating your new state of being. Your first 30 minute consultation can be in person or over the phone. During this time we will discuss what areas of your life you desire to change and we will create intentions that will guide us on our lunar journey. I will work with you remotely on a daily basis for an average of 10 minutes a day and deliver you updates via e-mail every few days. Examples of how I will work are: creating an altar for you and lighting a candle daily, remotely clearing your energy field through directed light, intention, and vibration, and meeting your soul in the astral plain to do deep work. I will also be available to take questions and adjust intentions as needed. Riding the wave of the changing moon together, you will emerge changed and new, glowing with your powerful and clear connection to self.

DISTANCE CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

Your distance session begins with a phone call in the comfort of your own home. After we discuss your intentions and concerns, you will lay down and receive the work remotely. Through intention, vibration, and astral travel we can achieve release and shifting of energy, supporting your goals and personal growth. After the session, we will touch base via phone to share feedback and answer questions.

Shamanic Craniosacral Therapy is a form of comprehensive bodywork that addresses all areas of the human experience; the physical, the mental, the emotional, and the spiritual. With precise and gentle touch to the craniosacral system*, I can facilitate the body’s own ability to achieve balance, release, and wholeness. With intention, raising of vibration, and induction of trance, I can assist you in personal growth, expansion of belief systems, and shifting of heavy energy. There will be time before and after your session to discuss and share information and feedback.
